Māori Days Of The Week.

Hello everybody. Yesterday we made a slide about the days of the week in Māori.  We used this app called slide carnivals. We had to write the name of the day in Māori and English.

Cloze

 Aloha everybody. Today I decide to do blog about my cloze. A cloze is where there is a story with missing word on it, on the side of the page there is a list of word. You have to find what word goes where. This week is it was harder then all the other ones that we have done.

Cloze

 Kia ora everybody. Ever single week we have to do a Cloze, 100 Word Count and Spelling.  Our Cloze is different every single week, our Cloze is sometimes hard, sometimes easy or in the middle.  

A close is where there is a story and there are words that are blank spaces. There is a list of words on the side and you have to work out what word goes where.

100 word count

Aloha guys. I am going to be sharing my 100 word count with you guys. This weeks prompt we five words, the five word are balloon never kicked frightening brown 

… BALLOON    NEVER    KICKED    FRIGHTENING    BROWN…

“Yay it's my birthday.” Happy birthday said mum and dad as I walked out of my bedroom. They were making me a nice yummy breakfast. We all started to set up my party, I wanted to make my birthday cake. My birthday cake was a brown balloon cake with a balloon person that kicked the balloon. The cake looked very frightening. One by one my friends started arriving, it was like people never stopped walking in through the door. We played lots of fun games. Then it was time to eat some birthday cake. Yum yum, the cake was delicious.

100 Word Count

  Kia ora people. This week we had to do our 100 word count. The prompt that we had to use was     "but where did it go?’ she shouted

I had exactly 100 words.I hope you enjoy reading my story that I had fun making up.

Yay it's the day my friend comes over, her name is Gemma. When she got to my house we filmed tik toks. Then my

mum took us to go shopping. We got 50 dollars each.  We first went to find some fidgets, after that we went to go

get some lollies,drinks and chips. Then we went back home, when we got back home we played with our fidgets

and ate some lollies. Then we went to the time zone.  When we got home we played with our prizes.   but where did it go?’ she shouted but then she found it.

Buddy Class

 Kia ora everybody. Today we had buddy class. It was the first time that we ever had buddy class for this year. My buddy's name is Ella.

At buddy class this week all we did was draw. The thing that we where drawing was colorful flower.

Paper Snow Ball Fight

 Kia ora. On Tuesday we started back at school. Before morning tea Miss Scott told us about what we were going to be doing after morning tea. Miss Scott said that we are going to be having a snow ball fight. Once she told us what we where doing there was a few minutes till morning tea so we all made our own paper snow balls. 

We  first had to get one piece of paper and write three things about our self that would be hard to find out about our self. Then we had to scrunched up our piece of paper.

And then after morning tea we graded our scrunched up our piece of paper then went out to the field. When we where out on the field Miss Scott told us that we only had a certain amount of space. Then we went into our own little space. 

And then we where allowed to throw them at each other. If Miss Scott blew the whistle we had to stop and open our piece of paper. If we did not have an piece of paper in our hand then we had to find one. Then we had to go around and ask people about them.

 If we found them then we had to stay by them. We did like 5 rounds of the game.
